  • WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept paypal. For payments with Western Union or Money Gram please contact us at mundodeunasmexico@gmail.com                                   

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

We ship within 1-5 working days after receiving your order. You will receive a paypal email with the tracking information. During Holiday season it could take a few extra days to process and ship your order.

 

  • WHICH SHIPPING COMPANY DO YOU USE?

We send all packages with Correos de Mexico and will arrive through the official mail of your country. If you want another shipping company please contact us direct and we will do our best to help.

  •  HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Service Transit Time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season. Usually it could take from 2 to 8 weeks after shipping to arrive to you depending on custom´s clearance of your country.

 

  • WILL I RECEIVE A SHIPPING NOTIFICATION?

Once the package has been sent you will receive a shipping notification to the paypal email you used for your order(please remember that we only have the email you use for your order so if you have a paypal email different than the regular one you use or you used another person´s paypal account you need to check those emails). Also do not forget to check your SPAM folder in case our email went there. 

 

  • IS MY PACKAGE TRACEABLE? AND IN
  • INSURED?

All packages include tracking but NO insurance. You can select the insurance you want under the products menu.

 

  • ARE THE IMPORTATION DUTIES INCLUDED?

It is very unlikely that Import duties, taxes and charges are charged but if so they are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Note that if customs of your country rejects the package and returns it to us, we can refund the total cost of your product but no the shipping cost. If you want it to be send it again shipping cost will need to be paid again. If customs keeps or dispose your package because of importation´s policies of your country, the money will not be refund unless you had paid the insurance.

 

  • HOW MUCH CAN I BUY?

Because of Mexico customs regulations we can only send up to 2kg, which is 36 polishes 14ml or 100 mini polishes/plates, if you want more than that amount, please make a new order for them.

 

  • WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR MY PRODUCTS?

 

 

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED ON TRANSIT?

If one of your polishes was broken in transit, we will send you a refund or we can send you a replacement in your next order, if you purchase the insurance we will send you an immediate replacement or a refund if you prefer it. 

 

  • WILL MY SIGNATURE BE REQUIRED TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE?

Please note that we NEVER send the packages requesting a signature unless you requested. An extra fee will be charged for this service. You will be required to sign the orange note provided by Mexico Post. Some postal offices may request a delivery signature so you need to keep track of your package directly in the postal site of your country in case they didn’t leave your package and you have to claim it directly with them.

 

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

You can check the status of your package at www.17track.net

If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
