- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS/SHIP MY ORDER?
Usually we ship within 1-5 working days after receiving your order. Right now due to COVID-19 is taking us 5-8 days to ship your order. You will receive an email with the tracking information to the email you provided for in your order. During Holiday season or during a special sale it could take a few extra days to process and ship your order.
- WHICH SHIPPING COMPANY DO YOU USE?
We send all packages with Correos de Mexico and will arrive through the official mail of your country. We also offer DHL express shipping and we recommed that you use this shipping method so your package arrives very fast.
- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
Service Transit Time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season. Since its an international transaction could take from 2 to 8 weeks after shipping to arrive to you depending on custom´s clearance of your country. If you use DHL express shipping it will take from 2 to 6 days depending the country you are in. NOTE: DURING THE COVID-19 ORDINARY SHIPPING COULD TAKE UP TO 10+ WEEKS TO ARRIVE. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING THAT ARRIVES IN A WEEK APROX.
- WILL I RECEIVE A SHIPPING NOTIFICATION?
- An email with the tracking information will be sent to the email registered for your purchase (please remember that we only have the email you gave us for your order so if you used a different email or you used another person´s paypal account you need to check those emails). Also do not forget to check your SPAM folder in case our email went there. The information will be updated in your order too so you can check it directly in the email you got after your purchase.
- IS MY PACKAGE TRACEABLE?
You can use www.17track.me to track your package and once is in your country it should show up on the official mail from there.
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All packages include tracking but NO insurance. To include insurance please contact us at email@example.com
- ARE THE IMPORTATION DUTIES INCLUDED?
It is very unlikely that Import duties and taxes are charged but if so they are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Note that if customs of your country rejects the package and returns it to us, we can refund the total cost of your product but no the shipping cost. If you want it to be send it again shipping cost will need to be paid again. If customs keeps or dispose your package because of importation´s policies of your country, the money will not be refund unless you had paid the insurance.
- HOW MUCH CAN I BUY?
Because of Mexico customs regulations we can only send up to 2kg, which is 36 polishes 14ml or 100 mini polishes/plates, if you want more than that amount please make a new order for them.
- WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED ON TRANSIT?
If one of your items was damaged in transit, we will send you a refund or we can send you a replacement in your next order. In case you purchased the insurance we will send you an immediate replacement.
- WILL MY SIGNATURE BE REQUIRED TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE?
Please note that we NEVER send the packages requesting a signature unless you ask for it. An extra fee will be charged for this service and you will be required to sign the orange note provided by Mexico Post. Sometimes depending on your mailing service or postman a signature will be required but this is not from us.
- WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?
If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us with your order number. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
